Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds/Returns
All products are non-refundable, but we accept returns and exchange of damaged jewellery in its original condition and packaging, and buyer must pay return shipping if a return is requested. If you do not contact us within seven days of delivery, we will not issue any returns and exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
