We offer free SF express shipping for order HKD650  and above. (Delivery fees apply if your minimum purchase falls below HKD 650 after discounts are applied.

Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events.

Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Hong Kong Public Holidays).

We also do international shipping, cost will be vary to different country, please contact us if you need. 

We are not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once it is dropped off, or if a package is lost during shipping, and will not give refunds on this basis. Once an item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for issues that may be caused by shipping process, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc.
